I forgot my password! How can I get it back?
Simply click on ‘Forgot your Password’ in the ‘Log In’ box. Enter the email address you have used to register and hit ‘Submit’. You can check your email after about 10 seconds for the password retrieval email form Jobs Abu Dhabi.
Make sure you check the Junk/Bulk folders in your Hotmail or Yahoo accounts as potentially a valuable email sent from us may be filtered mistakenly as spam.
Our company industry is not listed in the job posting form and I don’t want to go with the "Others" option, how can you help me with that?
We keep an updated list of all common industries across the universe. Moreover you have the option to select up to 3 industries per single post which allows you to choose the most relevant industries and those that best reflect your business.
How do I view the contact information for confidential CVs?
You can contact a confidential CV via email through our Secure option that is available at the bottom of the CV. In urgent cases where you need to contact a candidate immediately; please contact the Jobs Abu Dhabi support team available in your area and provide them with the CV reference/s so they can themselves initiate contact with those candidates and provide you the details upon the candidate/s approval.
For any search that I conduct I get the same results, why is that?
We advise you to delete cookies and temporary files specially when you are using the site regularly. Please follow the instructions depending on the browser you are using.
For Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools → Delete browsing history → Delete all
For Mozilla Firefox:
Click on Tools → Options → Privacy → Show cookies → Remove all cookies
When I click any of the tabs within the folder/applicants like Email, export, etc… nothing happens?
You might have your pop up blocker activated on this site. To avoid this you need to allow pop ups on the site or simply click Ctrl+the tab you need to use.
