الوصف الوظيفي

1. Serve as primary written content creator and managing editor for CE’s communications, which include social/digital platforms, internal/external conference presentations, messages to targeted groups and the broader audience, as well as communications to ADX stakeholders and strategic partners.
2. Prepare and organize CE’s presentation briefings, talking points and support, media interview staffing, press releases and briefing on projects.
3. Remain informed on ADX market operations and legislative procedures and update CEO accordingly.
4. Orchestrate and manage the pipeline of the CE speaking engagements, including evaluating the opportunities, collaborating with internal subject matter experts, coordinating with the broader ADX team.
5. Assist in the implementation of specific, high-quality communications projects, events, or programs within a given timeframe in support of CE in conjunction with the other ADX departments.
6. Plan logistics, and manage overall coordination of various activities related to the CE in conjunction with the responsible ADX department team to deliver on communications and events.
7. Reply to media briefs regarding CE’s interviews and speeches.
8. Maintain an updated and accurate company information literature for media, in collaboration with Media department.
9. Plan and maintain a yearly public relations events calendar for the CE.
10. Conduct appropriate needs assessment and audience analysis to support effective development of communications programs and materials delivered by CE.
11. Serve as liaison with other ADX departments to ensure consistent application of ADX processes and procedures.
12. Receive, accompany and see off official delegations and government guests of ADX CE.
13. Write Meeting Minutes of ADX CE meetings with internal and external parties.
14. Carry out analysis and research on financial and economic environment, to brief the CE accordingly.
15. Conduct media monitoring.

5.B GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Comply with ADX and department specific Policies & Procedures
2. Comply with quality control procedures to enhance the services provided by their section.
3. Assist in the implementation of regulatory bodies’ standards and all related activities as directed by Line manager
4. Provide Line manager with regular progress reports and information in an accurate and timely manner and/or as requested.
5. maintain accurate and timely communication of necessary information to other employees and functions’
6. Assist line manager in the preparation of department performance data and activity reports.
7. Build effective working relationships with other functions and employees conducive to positive collaborations and team efforts that contribute to ADX overall business success’
8. Act as an ADX ambassador internally and externally maintaining high level of ethics and integrity and demonstrating ADX values at all time
9. Participate in role related committees aiming at continuously improving functions, systems and procedures related to their respective sections and as directed by line manager
10. Perform any additional tasks or duties, relevant to job role, as may be required by line manager and in line business requirements.
