الوصف الوظيفي

Job Objective:
To handle queries related to public schools in the Emirate effectively and efficiently, communicating information about schools and other educational issues, and to ensure provision of a high level of customer service that reflects well on the image of the ADEC.

المهارات

Functional Role:
 Respond to various queries and P-12 complaints regarding public schools as raised by students, parents and other education stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner;
 Ensure that all queries are handled in an effective and efficient manner and as per the processes/ guidelines/ standards defined for the Center;
 Assist the development of responses to FAQs and call scripts regarding public schools and other sectors; and provide the agreed response effectively and efficiently; use FAQs and scripts for information pertaining to other sectors and consult with Customer Service Centre (Licensing & Accreditation Division, PSQA Sector) to share information and collaborate on queries
 Direct any other queries, complaints to the appropriate unit in a timely manner;
 Contribute in conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and customer service performance analyses and assist in collection and processing of all feedback in accordance with applicable guidelines;
 Execute action plans (as developed for the Center) based on the feedback obtained from the surveys and suggest improvement opportunities to the Center Manager;
 Contribute in providing regular information to the Strategic Communication & Media Division to help identify areas where there have been lots of customer queries and which may required more widespread communication in the Emirate;

The Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) was set up in September 2005 by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The Abu Dhabi Education Council is an independent corporate body and enjoys full legal status, as well as financial and administrative independence in all its affairs. ADEC has embarked on a campaign to aggressively increase its headcount to be able to better serve the its mandate. The primary focus of the council is to develop education and educational institutions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
