الوصف الوظيفي

 Provide assistance to the Team Leader and Section Manager (as required) in developing the manpower plan for the assigned Sectors/Offices while ensuring compliance with overall Sector guidelines; coordinate with assigned Executive Directors/Division Managers to understand and obtain manpower/recruitment requirements;
 Assist to conduct job analysis, define qualification requirements, develop new job descriptions, and/or update and maintain existing ones, as required to facilitate the recruitment of a qualified workforce;
 Collaborate with appropriate channels of sourcing CVs through, recruitment agencies, job portals, social and print media, and career advisory services in colleges/universities; attend career/job fairs and other related recruitment events;
 Assist in the completion of the full recruitment cycle for the assigned ADEC Sectors/Offices and ensure completion of all paperwork to fulfill joining formalities for the assigned ADEC Sectors/Offices;
 Support to draft and generate reports related to recruitment and staffing across assigned ADEC Sectors/Offices;
 Implement ERP to automate processes through i-recruitment, set resources and optimize different recruitment related HR processes to meet core business needs;
 Coordinate with the General Services Division to ensure that visa, hospitality, housing, medical insurance cards, business cards and parking facility for the new hires for the assigned ADEC Sectors/Offices is processed in a timely manner;
 Submit invoices with supporting documents for processing recruitment related expenses;
 Perform any other duties as requested.

Department of Education and Knowledge was set up in September 2005 by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

Department of Education and Knowledge is an independent corporate body and enjoys full legal status, as well as financial and administrative independence in all its affairs. ADEC has embarked on a campaign to aggressively increase its headcount to be able to better serve the its mandate. The primary focus of the council is to develop education and educational institutions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
