This position Reports to:

HR Development Division Head

Job Purpose
Execute all the recruitment procedures.

Conduct Interviews/Assessment and select the appropriate candidate for the specified job

Follow-up with the candidates through the recruitment volumes smoothly.

Ensure the completion of the procedures together with the availability of the staff at the required place and time.

Assist the Resourcing Team overall staffing plan for the recruitment & Selections, required documents, medical checkup, security clearance, indicative offer, maintain detailed records & required personal files, Data, and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct Interviews, Assessment/Development Centre and select the appropriate candidates for the required post.

Execute the recruitment and selection administration for Royal Jet, including requests to hire, posting positions, advertising vacancies, screening applications, interviewing, testing, security clearance procedure, and reference checking.

Update the recruitment website to provide accurate, up-to-date and compelling information to prospective applicants. Receives applications and maintains applicant database.

Prepare salary and grade with required documents for Salary Proposal in order the management approvals.

Provide the selected applicant with the formal employment Offer/Contract.

Communicate and following-up the employment procedures with the candidates.

Receive candidate’s required documents and checking the new recruits checklist.

Follow-up the employment process with the overseas candidates by sending the security clearance, indicative offer, and obtaining document needed for the employment formalities, fixing the date of joining and request for a working visa.

Ensure the Recruitment Formalities have been carried out (e.g. medical checkup, Security etc.).

Prepare and give the welcome package for the new staff.

Conduct the induction program for all new employees, ensuring all joining formalities are completed and all new employees are introduced to the company policies and guidelines.
