A driven social media individual to interact with the community and achieve customer engagement. Enhance company social media presence, promoting interactive and engaging content and create innovative social media campaigns.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
1 Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including content ideation and implementation schedules.
2 Write and optimize content for the website, social networking accounts and email marketing campaigns
3 Track, monitor, analyze and report on website traffic flow and social media platforms
4 Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
5 Create online and social media adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
6 Grow and expand company’s social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on all existing platforms.
7 Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
8 Manage social media community and reply to users queries
9 Coordinate with all stakeholders and departments on marketing campaigns and events and ensure brand consistency in social media messages.
10 Familiar with different tools such as hootsuite, brandwatch, google analytics, google adwords, Adobe analytics
11 Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
12 Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content.

working expereince in social media marketing or as a digital media specialits.
Writing, editing, (photo/video/text) and communication skills.
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational abilty
