ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
Ensure high level of training service to all business units.
Responsible for the execution of training projects.

General Training aspects
Manage the implementation of the training plan and calendar based on the TNA outcomes identified throughout the year;
Manage the end-to-end process of training plans
Identify the accuracy of training details (location, cost, date) with the training provider;
Maintain positive relationship with internal & external training service providers.
Recommend challenging training metrics and targets to the L&D Manager to assess the performance of training.
Assist in the yearly development of training budget.
Support internal learning initiatives that can lead to cost reduction along with a high ROI on trainings.
Ensure employees participation to the assigned courses (internal / external);
Manage and monitor the training Budget spend to ensure compliance with planned budget.
Ensure driving positive change of learning culture through constant identification of training requirements.
Manage and coordinate the induction day for all new joiners.

Scholarship programs
Manage and monitor the implementation of scholarship programs for potential talents.
Ensure constant communication with the universities and students

المهارات

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 6+ years of experience.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
N/A
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Learning and Development, preferably private sector / real estate or construction.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Knowledge of human resource management best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills, organizational time management & problem solving skills
Proven skills in working collaboratively with business teams
Counselling skills

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree in business management or human resources.
CIPD, SPHR, Level A & B preferred.
