الوصف الوظيفي

• Lead on the design, approval, development and delivery of total reward projects.
• Providing advice to Senior Management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and responding to queries from managers regarding compensation-related issues
• Own the performance rewards cycles including annual pay/promotion/bonus review, salary surveys, and benchmarking.
• Execute and administer all facets of the performance rewards cycle (mid-year and year-end) and propose and prepare all relevant information, calculations, costs, templates and analyses in order to present for senior management and shareholder approvals.
• Propose the annual bonuses to employees together with the cost structure in order for the top management and the shareholder to have a clear idea of the costs associated and to provide all necessary approvals.
• Prepare and complete all relevant template, tools, folders and documents for the successful completion and approval of the performance reward cycle and bonus exercise.
• Proactively identifying pay and benefits trends through market and internal analysis and providing recommendations to key senior stakeholders based on research and analysis.
• Provide inputs for the development of improvement plans in line with the market to ensure the attraction and retention of talent.
• Administer compensation and benefit surveys and recommend changes to the compensation and benefits structures (cash and non-cash) based on the results of the benchmarking studies and other analyses to ensure market competitiveness and the retention/ attraction of talent.
• Recommend changes and enhancements to existing policy and procedures in order to ensure improvement of services in cost effective manner and in line with leading practices.
 Prepare and conduct a first level of review for all relevant compensation and benefit-related reports (regular, ad hoc, internal and external) in order to ensure that all reports are prepared and submitted on time with zero errors.
 Provide continuous support to management through the provision of data as requested by the Director, Emiratization and Human Capital, in order to support in making accurate data available from the system at all times.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and units on compensation and benefit related information and queries, providing continuous, professional and confidential support on their needs.
• Address compensation and benefit adhoc and regular queries from employees in a professional and confidential manner and escalate unsolved issues to the Director, Emiratization and Human Capital.
• Provide advice to managers and staff on compensation and policy matters, interpret policy for them and answer queries on such matters to ensure a high level of understanding of the company’s policies and programs.
• Act as the custodian of all compensation and benefit relate data ensuring the accuracy of data at all times in all systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or relevant field

Preferred Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits in a reputable company

Job-Specific Skills:
• Strong financial modelling / analytical skills.
• Knowledge and proficiency in HRIS applications and systems (SAP, Oracle etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of leading compensation and benefit practices and policies.
• Knowledge in compensation and benefits surveys as well as the interpretation of surveys.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish interpersonal understanding with all relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent internal customer service skills.
• Time management and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to persuade and influence decision makers to implement internal enhancement initiatives
