Aspire Middle East Training Institute is seeking to Hire a Training coordinator. The job responsiblitites are as follows:
•Responsible to market courses via phone, e-mails & fax and undertaking confirmation of courses.
•Carry out direct telemarketing activities and research to market assigned course.
•Document filing, handling correspondence, answering phone calls, receiving and answering emails, and fax messages.
•Reporting any inquiry, request, recommendations or feedback received from clients while marketing the course immediately.
•Represent the company at course venues and assist Instructors and participants during the actual conduct of the course.
•Perform all coordination work required during the actual course delivery in the most professional manner.
•Liaise with colleagues and/or supervisors regarding the proper use of database
Excellent Communication skills in English.
Excellent Selling Skills. Should be capable in Upselling the courses.
