Job Description

To develop and manage contracts and long-term agreements with suppliers / Client and facilitate tendering of key internal projects for ADSB

Contract Development & Management
 Responsible to draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts and agreements with suppliers / Clients
 Responsible to serve as the point of contact for Purchasing team on contractual matters
 Accountable to engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving Legal when needed
 Accountable to review contractual performance of ADSB and suppliers to ensure compliance with terms and identify conflicts
 Accountable to establish subcontracts for NSB / SBC projects that have been awarded based on the procurement strategy established for the project.
 Responsible to establish long term agreements for assigned categories.
 Accountable to maintain contractual records and documentation related to contracts such as contract correspondence
 Responsible to ensure internal customers understand ADSB responsibilities to suppliers during the performance of contracted work and services
 Responsible to ensure contract extension and renewal are in compliance with ADSB procedures
 Accountable to track variances or deviations in contract performance and take corrective action to minimize such variations in coordination with the project team.
 Responsible to manage disputes by avoidance, settlements, negotiation, arbitration, litigation, etc, through effective coordination with concerned parties in order to ensure that the interests of ADSB are protected.
 Responsible to coordinate approval of End User Certificates (EUCs)
Project Tendering
 Responsible to coordination with relevant stakeholders on project requirements in terms of scope, timeline and estimated budget
 Accountable to develop RFP document and reviewing it with relevant stakeholders.
 Responsible to identify potential bidders and floating RFP accordingly
 Accountable to leading tendering clarification sessions
 Responsible to Perform technical and commercial envelope opening and evaluation
 Responsible to Negotiate commercial terms.


Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum Experience:
 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in contract management role
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
 Knowledge of contracting concepts
 Strong knowledge of standard contracts terms and
