Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
• Understand project aims and enabling objectives
• Understand short, medium term, and long term goals of all stakeholders
• Represent the company at Senior Management Meetings
• Resolve project issues as they arise on any location
• Provide a second Point-of-Contact for all client requests
• Ensure that all trainers adhere to objectives, quality, effectiveness and efficiency standards
• Provide an interface between the Management Delivery Team

Training and Instructor Support:
• Responsible for overseeing recruitment of staff for all facets of the project in liaison with the management
• Focus operational level efforts and supervise staff to make desired changes and realise project vision acting as an interface between senior management and faculty
• Ensure alignment of skill-mix for required courses
• Manage course trainers according to established policies and practices
• Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential
• Ensure that all course trainers receive an appropriate orientation
• Monitor and assist clinical unit administrator/s where necessary with respect to clinical placements and relationships with off-campus clinical site staff

Curriculum/Course Design:
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, ensure that each course achieves the requisite quality outcomes as required by the faculty/university and where appropriate, external accrediting agencies
• Proactively monitor course feedback completion and returned feedback to ensure adherence to KPIs
• In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager manage the course review outcomes and supervise the implementation of recommendations
• Assist instructors as required with student assessments and administration of associated paperwork
• Undertake administrative support in relation to academic integrity, including plagiarism, cheating and discipline cases

Student Support:
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for students on all administrative related matters (before, during and after the course as required)
• Make reading materials and textbooks available to students to encourage personal learning and extensive reading

Liaison and Reporting:
• Reporting through agreed lines on project progress, through highlight reports and end-stage assessments, training activities, problems and solutions at weekly and monthly intervals to Senior Project Manager
• Liaison with appointed quality assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
• Liaison with appointed logistics representatives to ensure and enable trainer access and equipment facility

Skills

• Proven work experience as an Administrator, Trainer and or Chief Instructor within Education sectors
• Hands on experience coordinating multiple training events ideally in a Training or Educational Environment
• Experience in Project Management beneficial
• Experience in Database Management
• Proficient with MS Office
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in Education, Training, Medical, HR or related field
