Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
• Understand project aims and enabling objectives
• Understand short, medium term, and long term goals of all stakeholders
• Represent the Senior Project Manager at Senior Management Meetings
• Resolve project issues as they arise on any location
• Provide a second Point-of-Contact for all client requests
• Provide an interface between the Senior Management, Delivery Team

Logistics Support:
• Provide overall logistics support to project; ensuring availability and allocation of training equipment and consumables
• Ensure appropriate course and mobile training team checklists are completed regularly and submitted to Senior Project Manager
• Coordination of all training administration at all locations including security clearances for trainers, classroom availability
• Coordinate any transport requirements as required
• Coordination of all course material and training equipment including any associated administration eg additional printing /document translation as required

Liaison and Reporting:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of project
• Establish and maintain relationships with the client and all stakeholders
• Present routine reports defining project progress, problems and solutions at weekly and monthly intervals to stakeholders
• Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through routine equipment reports and checklists

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Logistics Manager or Senior Coordinator within Education sectors
• Hands on experience coordinating multiple training events ideally in a Training or Educational Environment
• Experience in Project Management beneficial
• Experience in Database Management
• Proficient with MS Office
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in logistics
