Job Description

To implement all functions related to employee compensation and benefits programs in ADEC as per approved compensation and benefits policy.

Skills

Handle employee queries/requests/matters regarding pay and benefits (including allowances) as per approved HR policies and procedures;
Process allowance entitlements to employees as per ADEC’s compensation and benefits policy and procedures;
Maintain and update employee payroll elements in the HRMS accordingly;
Administer variations to allowances, pay and benefits and provide all necessary documents for processing of payments/variations by Payroll Section;
Coordinate with General Services Division over eligible reimbursements (as per approved policy and procedure); ensure that these are processed upon approval;
Coordinate with Personnel Services Division (School Operations Sector) to ensure that all payroll inputs pertaining to school staff are captured within specified timelines;
Handle all employee grievances/complaints/issues regarding pay and benefits or variations to payroll;
Review monthly payroll variations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing;
Process End-Of-Service entitlements as approved and ensure timely payment of such benefits in line with approved policies and procedures;
Process and maintain record of pension payments/contributions; ensure accurate records of employee tenure (length of service);
Assist the Team Leader to provide ADEC management with accurate, timely and effective input (regarding financial and non-financial recognition programs) so as to maximise the performance of the employees and to align with the changing requirements of organisational strategy;
Perform other duties as requested.
