Job Description

The purpose of this job is to enhance, implement and follow up the adoption of ADX overall Project Management mechanism through the development of PMP standards, processes and policies and contribute to all project management activities.

JOB DIMENSION:FINANCIAL Meets project financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Financial risk: Medium level of financial risk related to Projects Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement ADX Excellence standards, and related programs, action plans and initiatives policies and processes needed to identify, standardize and coordinate activities within excellence and quality management scope.
2.1. Ensure ADX’ adherence to international excellence standards as per EFQM andof Abu Dhabi government excellence awards program.s
3.2. Design and implement Organizational Excellence gap assessment programs plan to identify areas of improvement and present specify recommendations and required actions to close the identified performance gaps
4.3. Assist in the development of Organizational Excellence strategies, and of supporting processesfunctions and the review of ADX processes to achieve and measure the excellence practices in the entity such as data collection, data analysis methodologies, documentation and management reporting
5.4. Monitor and report the implementation of Organizational Excellence standards through all ADX functions and provide the required support
5. Conduct organizational awareness programs for managers and staff to explain Excellence and quality standards adopted by ADX, through workshops, meetings, seminars and educational materials plan, . 6. Oorganize and coordinate ADX participation in local[b3] excellence awards identified by the line manager and report progress to line manager
7. Act as a point of contact between the local government authorities or the excellence award organizors and ADX in all matters related to excellence awards as per ADX authority matrix

Coordinate regular quality audits to assess ADX quality standards as per regulatory bodies requirements and ensure relevant action plans are developed and implemented
9. Monitor the implementation of quality standards through all ADX functions and provide the required support
10. Analyze internal and external Customers Satisfaction Survey’s resultssurveys to assess the quality of ADX services and prepare the necessary reports to highlight the potential gaps and related recommendations
11. Provide Advice and guidance to ADX employees on methods to improve Organizational Excellence and quality standards
12. Nominate employees and teams to participate in the Excellence Awards and work closely with them to fullfil the participation requirements.
13. Support designing an internal excellence program and execute related tasks to implement it.
11. Coordiante tasks related to obtaining and maintaing ADX granted quality certifications such as ISO 9001:2008.

Skills

Advanced level of English language (written and spoken)
 Advanced level of Arabic language (written and spoken)
Computer Program Proficiency:
 Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Laws and Regulations:
 Strong understanding of the regulatory body standards
