Job Description

• Communicating & receiving customer/clients. Giving them proper direction and dealing with them in a way that strengthens the relationship between the company's guests, customers and employees. • Receiving clients in a professional manner and directing them as & when appropriate. • Responding to public inquiries and other telephone calls from the company's visitors and transferring them to the competent persons in the best way. • Assisting administrative assistant and secretarial administrative work (printing - fax - photocopying). • Direct contact with Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Staff and Administrative Assistant. • To perform all the tasks assigned to him within his capabilities.


- Native Arabic Speaker. - At least 3-5 years experience on the same field.
